3-4 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
2 cups Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
24-36 count Slider Buns (Hawaiian Rolls or Potato Rolls)
As desired Optional Toppings (Coleslaw, Pickle Slices, Red Onion Rings, Jalapeños)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pat chicken dry, season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika
  2. Cook the Chicken in a Slow Cooker: Place chicken in slow cooker, add chicken broth and BBQ sauce, and cook on low for 6-8 hours until shreddable
  3. Shred the Chicken: Remove chicken and shred using two forks
  4. Combine and Coat: Return shredded chicken to slow cooker with cooking liquid and stir
  5. Prepare the Buns: Slice slider buns in half and toast lightly
  6. Assemble the Sliders: Place BBQ chicken on bun bottoms, add desired toppings, and place bun tops o
