A refreshing and wholesome Berry Yogurt Parfait featuring layers of Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and granola, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
2 cups Mixed Fresh Berries
1 cup Granola
2-4 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing and drying the berries and measuring out the yogurt, granola, and sweetener
  2. Spoon a quarter of the yogurt into the bottom of each glass
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the berries
  5. If desired, drizzle some honey or maple syrup over the granola
  6. Repeat the layering process until the glass is full, ending with a layer of berries and granola on top
  7. Serve immediately or chill for 15-30 minutes for enhanced flavor

Notes

Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture.
