8 oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
12 oz White Melting Wafers/Chocolate
1-2 tbsp Pink Sprinkles
Small Candy Eyes, as needed
Mini Marshmallows, as needed
1 Black Food Marker (Edible), optional

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos using a food processor or a rolling pin in a bag until finely crushed
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until a thick, uniform dough forms
  3. Roll tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture into smooth balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet
  4. Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
  5. Melt the white chocolate according to package directions until smooth
  6. Dip each chilled Oreo ball in the melted white chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated
  7. Immediately decorate each ball with pink sprinkles for ears, candy eyes for the face, and a mini marshmallow for a tail
  8. Chill again for 15-30 minutes until the chocolate coating is set
