1 large Egg
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and brush lightly with olive oil
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly
  4. Form the chicken mixture into a round or rectangular shape on the parchment paper
