This delightful Chicken Wrap is perfect for busy weeknights, offering a nutritious and customizable meal that the whole family can enjoy. Made with tender chicken, fresh veggies, and a creamy sauce, it's both satisfying and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
6-8 Large flour tortillas (10-12 inch)
4 cups Romaine lettuce, shredded
1 large Tomato, diced
1/2 small Red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Bell peppers, finely diced (optional)
1/2 cup Cucumber, finely diced (optional)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp Garlic powder (for sauce)
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and slice each breast horizontally into two thinner cutlets
  2. In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then rub the mixture onto both sides of the chicken cutlets
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 4-6 minutes per side until cooked through
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or shredding it
  5. While the chicken rests, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl to make the sauce
  6. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of the Zaki's Wrap Sauce down the center
  7. Add shredded lettuce, followed by chicken, diced tomato, sliced red onion, shredded cheddar, and any optional veggies
  8. Fold the short sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll the tortilla tightly to secure the fillings
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Chicken Wrap

Notes
