1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
5 ounces Chow Mein Noodles
1/2 cup Small Candy Eggs

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Melt the chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth
  3. Stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully incorporated
  4. Fold in the chow mein noodles until they are well coated with the chocolate mixture
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and create small indentations in the center
  6. Place candy eggs into the center of each indentatio
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set
