1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 large Egg, beate
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup Finely Chopped Pecans (optional)
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
2 cups Powdered Sugar (Confectioners’ Sugar)
2 tablespoons Heavy Cream (or Milk)
2 tablespoons Custard Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
6 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Melt the butter in a bowl, stir in sugar and cocoa, add beaten egg and vanilla, mix in dry ingredients, and press into a baking pan. Chill
  2. Make the Custard Filling: Beat softened butter, powdered sugar, cream, custard powder, and vanilla until fluffy. Spread over the chilled base
  3. Add the Chocolate Topping: Melt chocolate chips and butter, pour over the custard layer, and chill until set
