Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars are an easy and delicious dessert that captures the classic flavors of cinnamon rolls in a simple bar form, perfect for busy cooks and gatherings.

2 cans (8-count) Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls
8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1 Large Egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
1/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamo

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish
  2. Separate one can of cinnamon rolls and cover the bottom of the baking dish
  3. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon roll base
  5. Top with the second can of cinnamon rolls and drizzle with a mixture of melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamo
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set
  7. Drizzle with icing and let cool before slicing

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling.
