2 cups Full-fat cottage cheese
2 Large eggs
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine full-fat cottage cheese, eggs, all-purpose flour, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped chives, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper
  2. Mix until just combined; do not overmix
  3. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until it shimmers
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil, flatten slightly into patties
  5. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brow
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm
