Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the water, butter, and salt. Bring to a rolling boil and melt the butter
  3. Remove from heat and add flour all at once, stirring until it forms a ball and pulls away from the sides
  4. Return to medium heat, stirring for 1-2 minutes to dry out the dough. Transfer to a bowl to cool for 5 minutes
