A quick, decadent, and healthy creamy garlic butter baked salmon that is perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

4 (6 oz) Salmon Fillets
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
4-6 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, fresh
1/2 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, or to taste
Pinch Red Pepper Flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry, season with salt and pepper, and place in the baking dish
  3. Melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant
  4. Stir in heavy cream, let it simmer, and season the sauce before coating the salmo
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, then serve with remaining sauce

Notes

Do not overcook the salmon for best texture.

Substitute salmon with other firm fish if desired.
