Elevate a classic deviled egg recipe with exciting and creative toppings for a gourmet appetizer that's sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

12 Large Eggs
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon White Vinegar or Lemon Juice
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Paprika (for garnish)
¼ cup Crispy Bacon Bits
2 oz Smoked Salmon (diced)
1 tablespoon Fresh Dill (chopped)
1 tablespoon Chives (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
6-8 slices Pickled Jalapeño Slices
Crumbled Feta Cheese (¼ cup)
2 tablespoons Sun-Dried Tomatoes (chopped)
½ small Avocado (diced)
¼ cup Pico de Gallo
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the eggs in a saucepan. Cover with cold water, bring to a boil, then turn off heat and let sit for 10-12 minutes
  2. Cool eggs in an ice bath for 15 minutes, then peel
  3. Halve the eggs and scoop yolks into a bowl
  4. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth
  5. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture, either by spooning or piping
  6. Add your chosen toppings to each egg half
  7. Garnish with paprika if desired and serve

Notes

Use fresh eggs for better results.

Adjust seasoning according to taste.
