1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
1 cup Shelled pistachios, unsalted
1/4 cup Powdered sugar
4 oz Cream cheese, softened

Pinch of salt
12 oz Good quality dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa), chopped
1 tablespoon Coconut oil (optional)
2 tablespoons Crushed pistachios
Edible gold dust (optional)

  3. Assemble the balls by combining the cooled kunefe with pistachio filling and shaping into balls
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30-60 minutes to firm them up
