1/2 cup Peanut butter (creamy)
1/4 cup Butter (unsalted)
1 cup Powdered sugar
4 cups Shredded coconut (sweetened)
1 cup Mini candy eggs
1/4 teaspoon Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Workspace: Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and measure out all your ingredients
  2. Melt Chocolate Mixture: Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth
  3. Add Powdered Sugar and Salt: Stir in powdered sugar and salt until well combined
  4. Incorporate Coconut: Fold in the shredded coconut with a rubber spatula until evenly coated
  5. Form the Nests: Drop about 2 tablespoons of mixture onto the prepared sheets and create an indentation in the center of each
  6. Add Candy Eggs: Place 2-3 mini candy eggs into the center of each nest
  7. Chill to Set: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm
