Easter Egg Oreo Cookie Balls are no-bake treats made from crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese, coated in colorful candy melts and decorated with sprinkles. They are perfect for Easter celebrations and easy to make with family.

1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo Cookies
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
16 oz White Candy Melts or White Chocolate Bark
As desired Food Coloring, gel preferred
As desired Assorted Easter Sprinkles
For lining trays: Parchment paper or wax paper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo mixture by processing the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs
  2. Combine the cookie crumbs with the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined
  3. Scoop and shape the mixture into egg-like balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  4. Chill the shaped cookie balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
  5. Melt the candy melts in the microwave, stirring until smooth, and color if desired
  6. Dip each cookie ball into the melted candy coating and sprinkle with decorations before the coating sets
  7. Allow the coating to firm up at room temperature or return to the refrigerator until set
