1 cup Brewed Chamomile Tea (chilled)
1 large Ripe Banana (peeled & frozen)
1/2 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1-2 teaspoons Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Brew chamomile tea strongly and allow to cool completely
  2. Gather all measured ingredients: chilled chamomile tea, frozen banana, milk, sweetener (if using), vanilla extract, and salt
  3. Pour chilled chamomile tea into a blender. Add frozen banana, milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt
