Ingredients

Scale

6 ears Fresh Corn on the Cob
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
4-5 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Corn: Shuck the corn and remove the silk strands. Rinse under cold water
  2. Cook the Corn: Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the corn and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp
  3. Melt the Butter: Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave until fully liquid
  4. Infuse with Garlic: Add minced garlic to the melted butter and stir. Heat gently to infuse the garlic flavor
  5. Add Parmesan and Seasoning: Stir in grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper until well combined
  6. Coat the Corn: Remove the corn from the water and drain. Transfer to a platter
  7. Drizzle and Toss: Drizzle the garlic-Parmesan mixture over the corn and toss to coat
  8. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm

Notes

Use fresh, sweet corn for the best flavor.

Grate your own Parmesan for a creamier texture.

Adjust seasoning to taste, especially salt.
