Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (for marinade)
3 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Olive Oil (extra virgin)
3 cloves Garlic (minced or grated)
1.5 teaspoons Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
6-8 Pita Breads or Large Tortillas (soft and pliable)
1/2 cup Cucumber (diced, for tzatziki and wrap)
1 medium Tomato (diced)
1/4 cup Red Onion (thinly sliced or finely diced)
2 cups Romaine Lettuce (shredded)
1/2 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
2 tablespoons Fresh Dill or Mint (chopped, for tzatziki and garnish)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Marinate the Chicken – Combine cubed chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce – Grate half cucumber, squeeze out excess water, then mix with yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, dill or mint, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate
  3. Step 3: Cook the Chicken – Heat skillet over medium-high, add chicken in a single layer, and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through
  4. Step 4: Warm the Pitas/Tortillas – Lightly warm the pita breads or tortillas in a skillet or microwave
  5. Step 5: Assemble Your Greek Chicken Wraps – Spread tzatziki on the pita, layer with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, feta, and cooked chicke
  6. Step 6: Fold and Serve – Carefully fold the wrap, tuck sides, and serve immediately

Notes

Allow the chicken to marinate for 2-4 hours or overnight for more flavor.

Store components separately to prevent wraps from becoming soggy.
