1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
¼ cup Hot Honey
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, removing any loose leaves
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through
  5. While roasting, mix together hot honey and apple cider vinegar in a bowl
  6. After roasting, pour the hot honey mixture over the sprouts and toss to coat
  7. Return the coated sprouts to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes
  8. Serve immediately, garnished if desired
