These amazing Keto Pepperoni Pizza Bites deliver all the cheesy, pepperoni-packed goodness you crave, perfectly portioned, and completely guilt-free.

Ingredients

8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 cup Almond Flour
1 large Egg
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
½ cup Pepperoni Slices, mini
½ cup Marinara Sauce, low-carb
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, grated (for topping, optional)
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted and smooth
  3. Add the egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until smooth
  4. Gradually add the almond flour to the wet mixture, stirring until a soft, pliable dough forms
  5. Fold in the mini pepperoni slices until evenly distributed
  6. Roll about a tablespoon of the dough into a ball and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough
  7. Press extra mini pepperoni slices onto each dough ball and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm with marinara for dipping
