A delicious and satisfying Keto Pizza Crust that delivers a chewy, crispy texture while being low in carbs and gluten-free.

Ingredients

2 cups Low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 oz Cream cheese, full-fat
¾ cup Almond flour, blanched fine
1 large Egg
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese together in 30-second intervals until smooth
  3. Add the almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt to the melted cheeses and mix thoroughly to form a dough
  4. Turn the dough onto the prepared parchment paper and form it into a smooth ball
  5. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to form a 10-12 inch round about ¼ inch thick
  6. Pre-bake the crust in the oven for 8-12 minutes until lightly golden brow
  7. Remove from the oven, add desired toppings, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving

Notes

Use low-moisture mozzarella for the best texture.

Parchment paper is essential to prevent sticking.
