A delightful, no-bake cheesecake that combines creamy cream cheese with airy marshmallow fluff, perfect for summer gatherings or special occasions.

1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup Granulated sugar
6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
2 packages (8-ounce) Cream cheese, full-fat, softened
½ cup Granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 ½ cups Heavy cream, cold
7 ounces Marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter, then press into a springform pa
  2. Make the cheesecake base by beating cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add vanilla
  3. Whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks and fold in marshmallow fluff
  4. Combine the whipped marshmallow mixture with the cream cheese and add to the crust
  5. Chill for at least 4-6 hours before serving
