Ingredients

Scale

25-30 cookies Chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos, without filling)
½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
½ cup Unsalted butter
4 ounces Unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup Granulated sugar
2 Large eggs
¼ cup All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 cups Heavy cream (cold)
¼ cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Optional: Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Remove cream from cookies and crush them. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Press into a pie plate and bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool completely
  2. Make the chocolate filling: Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Stir in sugar, then whisk in eggs one at a time. Add flour, vanilla, and salt. Mix until smooth
  3. Bake the filling: Pour filling into cooled crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles. Cool then refrigerate for at least 4 hours
  4. Prepare the whipped topping: Combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Whip until soft peaks form
  5. Assemble and serve: Spread whipped cream on chilled pie. Garnish if desired and serve

Notes

Ensure to chill the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Use high-quality chocolate for richer flavor.
