No Bake Lemon Oreo Dessert is a refreshing and easy-to-make dessert that combines the zesty flavor of lemon with the sweet crunch of Oreo cookies, perfect for summer gatherings and celebrations.

1 package (12.2 oz) Lemon Oreo Cookies
6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
2 packages (8 oz each) Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
1 container (8 oz) Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Crush Lemon Oreo cookies finely and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking dish and chill
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest. Mix well
  3. Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold thawed whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until combined
  4. Assemble the Dessert: Spread the cream cheese filling over the crust and smooth the top. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos if desired
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, preferably overnight
  6. Serve: Slice into squares and enjoy

Notes

For a tropical twist, consider adding shredded coconut to the crust or as a topping.
