Homemade Non-alcoholic fruit spritzers are refreshing beverages made with fresh fruit, sweeteners, and sparkling water. They are perfect for any occasion, offering a burst of natural fruit flavor without artificial ingredients, making them a healthier alternative to sugary sodas.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups Fresh Fruit (berries, peaches, mango, kiwi, citrus slices)
2-4 tablespoons Simple Syrup (or other sweetener)
1-2 tablespoons Fresh Lime or Lemon Juice
4 cups Sparkling Water (or Club Soda)
Ice, as needed
Fresh Mint or Basil Leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash the fresh fruit and prepare it by muddling soft fruits or chopping firmer fruits into small pieces
  2. In a pitcher or individual glasses, combine the muddled fruit with simple syrup and lime or lemon juice, then muddle gently to release flavors
  3. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes for deeper flavor
  4. Fill serving glasses with ice and pour in the muddled fruit mixture
  5. Top each glass with chilled sparkling water, stir gently, and garnish with fresh mint or fruit slices

Notes

For a less sweet spritzer, use less simple syrup or increase the citrus juice.
