Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Melted unsalted butter
32 oz Cream cheese, full-fat, softened
1 cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Sour cream, full-fat
1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla extract
4 Large eggs, room temperature
½ cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 8-10 minutes
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Mix in sour cream and vanilla, then add eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust. Spoon dollops of Nutella on top and swirl with a knife
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes until the edges are set but the center jiggles slightly. Cool gradually in the oven with the door ajar, then refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours
  6. Lift the cheesecake from the pan using the parchment paper and slice into squares before serving

Notes

For best results, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature.

Do not overmix after adding eggs to prevent cracks in the cheesecake.

Chilling the cheesecake overnight enhances the flavor and texture.
