1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salmon: Dry the fillets with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper
  2. Make the Pineapple Glaze: Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan and whisk together
  3. Simmer the Glaze: Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes
  4. Thicken the Glaze: Mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of cold water to create a slurry and add it to the glaze, cooking until thickened

  6. Glaze and Finish: Flip the salmon, brush with glaze, and transfer to a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C)
  7. Bake to Perfection: Bake for 8-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C)
