A creamy and easy-to-make dessert featuring layers of pudding, bananas, and vanilla wafers, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
4 cups Cold Milk
2 (3.4 oz) boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
12 oz Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
12 oz Vanilla Wafers
4-5 Medium-sized Bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until light and fluffy
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant vanilla pudding mixes for about 2 minutes
  3. Gently fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well combined
  4. Fold in about half of the thawed whipped topping into the pudding mixture
  5. Spread a thin layer of the pudding mixture on the bottom of a dish, followed by a layer of vanilla wafers and sliced bananas. Repeat until all are layered, finishing with pudding
  6. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top and chill for at least 4 hours

Notes

Use ripe but firm bananas for the best texture.

Chill overnight for best results.

Keep bananas from browning by tossing in a bit of lemon juice.
