1 block (14-16 oz) Extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
2 tbsp Soy sauce (or tamari) for marinating
1 tbsp Maple syrup (or agave)
1 tsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Cornstarch for crispiness
1 cup Quinoa (or brown rice, farro), uncooked
2 cups Broccoli florets, fresh or froze
1 large Bell pepper, diced
1/2 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp Tahini for dressing
2 tbsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tbsp Soy sauce (or tamari)
1 tsp Maple syrup (or honey)
2-3 tbsp Warm water to achieve desired consistency
