Shrimp & Crab Biscuit Melts are a delightful combination of savory seafood flavors, creamy cheesy filling, and flaky biscuits. They're easy to make and perfect for a comforting weeknight meal or special gathering.

1 (16.3 oz) can Refrigerated Biscuits
8 oz Cooked Shrimp
8 oz Lump Crab Meat
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
2 tbsp Green Onions
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate each biscuit, gently flattening them into discs
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth
  4. Gently fold in chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, and chopped green onions into the mixture
  5. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses
  6. Place half of the flattened biscuits on the baking sheet and add a generous spoonful of the seafood mixture on top
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses over the seafood filling
  8. Top with the other half of the biscuit discs and press the edges to seal
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving, garnished with parsley if desired

Notes

Ensure crab meat is drained well to avoid a watery filling.

Use high-quality cheese for best flavor and melting properties.

These can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
