These homemade Yogurt Bites are a delicious and healthy snack made with Greek yogurt and fresh berries, customizable with various fruits and toppings.

Ingredients

2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
2-4 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Fresh Berries
Optional Toppings as desired

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth
  3. Gently fold in the fresh berries, taking care not to mash them
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave space between each dollop
  5. Add any optional toppings over the yogurt portions before freezing
  6. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until solid
  7. Once frozen, transfer the Yogurt Bites to an airtight freezer-safe container

Notes

Using Greek yogurt will provide a creamier texture.
