This Zero Carb Yogurt Bread Recipe is a light and fluffy keto-friendly bread made with Greek yogurt, almond flour, and psyllium husk powder, providing a delicious bread alternative without the carbs.

Ingredients

1 cup (240g) Plain, Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
3 Large Eggs
1 cup (112g) Almond Flour
2 tablespoons (14g) Coconut Flour
2 tablespoons (14g) Psyllium Husk Powder
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder (optional)
½ teaspoon Dried Herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a standard 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, and apple cider vinegar until smooth
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt thoroughly
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined
  5. Transfer the thick dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a wet spatula
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clea
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely

Notes

Ensure to use rolled Psyllium Husk Powder and not whole husks for the correct texture.

Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing to avoid a gummy texture.
