Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional buffalo wings, offering a crispy texture and bold flavor perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

1 head Cauliflower
¾ cup All-purpose flour
¾ cup Unsweetened plant milk
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
½ cup Frank’s RedHot Original Hot Sauce
¼ cup Unsalted butter
To taste Cayenne pepper
To taste Salt
To taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, plant milk, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to make a batter
  4. Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter until well coated
  5. Arrange the coated florets on the baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through
  6. While baking, melt the butter in a saucepan and mix with the hot sauce
  7. After the first bake, toss the cauliflower florets in the buffalo sauce
  8. Return to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized
  9. Serve immediately with dipping sauces

Notes

Ensure cauliflower is dry for maximum crispiness.

Do not overcrowd the baking sheet.
