Delicious and customizable deconstructed burger bowls featuring seasoned ground beef, fresh veggies, cheddar cheese, and a special sauce, perfect for quick weeknight dinners and meal prepping.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs Ground Beef (80/20 lean)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 head Romaine Lettuce, chopped
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Dill Pickle Slices
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Mustard (Dijon or yellow)
1 tbsp Relish (sweet or dill)
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned, about 7-9 minutes. Drain excess grease and set aside
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, paprika, and garlic powder until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste
  3. Chop the romaine lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the red onion. Prepare dill pickle slices and shred the cheddar cheese
  4. Assemble the bowls by creating a base layer of chopped romaine lettuce, followed by the cooked ground beef, topped with cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and cheddar cheese
  5. Drizzle with special sauce or serve on the side. Serve immediately
