Cajun Boiled Eggs infused with spicy garlic butter sauce, perfect for a Keto & Low-Carb Snack.

Ingredients

12 Large Eggs
2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
½ cup Unsalted Butter
4-6 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1-2 tbsp Hot Sauce
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Enough Water to cover eggs

Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil, then let sit covered for 10-12 minutes
  2. Prepare an Ice Bath by filling a bowl with ice and cold water
  3. Cool and Peel the eggs after 5 minutes in the ice bath
  4. Season the Eggs by slicing them in half and sprinkling with Cajun seasoning
  5. Make the Spicy Garlic Butter Sauce by melting butter and sautéing garlic, then adding seasoning, hot sauce, and lemon juice
  6. Assemble and Serve by spooning sauce over the eggs and garnishing with parsley

Notes

For easier peeling, older eggs work better, and an ice bath is essential.
