These Cheese Stuffed Garlic Rolls are the perfect combination of fluffy dough and melted cheese, infused with fragrant garlic butter. They are easy to make and a guaranteed hit at any gathering.

1 lb Prepared Pizza Dough
1-2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
6-8 oz Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz Provolone Cheese
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
4-6 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your dough by dusting the work surface with flour and rolling the pizza dough into a rectangle
  2. Cut the dough into 2-inch squares
  3. Combine the mozzarella and provolone cheese in a bowl
  4. Stuff each dough square with about 1 tablespoon of cheese and seal tightly
  5. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and brush with garlic butter
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 18-22 minutes
  7. Brush with remaining garlic butter after baking and serve warm
