Ingredients

Scale

1 lb Pizza Dough
1 tbsp Olive Oil
½ cup Caesar Dressing
1 ½ – 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded or diced
1 ½ cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
½ tsp Garlic Powder
5-6 cups Romaine Lettuce, roughly chopped
1 cup Croutons
1 small Lemon, for juice and zest
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional)
½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll or stretch your pizza dough into a 12-14 inch circle and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet
  2. Brush the edges of the pizza dough with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder if desired
  3. Spread ½ cup Caesar dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border
  4. Sprinkle 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, followed by ½ cup Parmesan cheese and distribute the chicken evenly
  5. Bake for 12-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted
  6. Toss romaine and croutons with additional Caesar dressing in a bowl
  7. Remove pizza from the oven, allow to cool for a minute, then spoon the dressed salad mixture over the pizza
  8. Garnish with extra Parmesan, lemon juice, and parsley or red pepper flakes if desired
  9. Slice and serve immediately

Notes

Availing room temperature dough before stretching makes it easier to handle.

Preheating the oven is crucial for a crispy crust.

Use freshly grated cheese for best flavor.
