16-20 oz package Frozen Potstickers/Dumplings (chicken, pork, or veggie)
2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce (low sodium)
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2-3 Green Onions (sliced, for garnish)
1 cup Shredded Cooked Chicken (optional)
1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grab a large, oven-safe skillet
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, softened cream cheese, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in optional shredded chicken or vegetables if using
  3. Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer at the bottom of the skillet
  4. Pour the sauce over the dumplings, ensuring they are mostly submerged
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the dumplings are tender
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top
  7. Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly
  8. Let rest for a few minutes, garnish with green onions, and serve hot

Notes

For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes or sriracha to the sauce.

This dish can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days and reheated as needed.
