This Easy BBQ Chicken Flatbread Recipe combines the best of pizza and barbecue for a quick, delicious dinner that takes less than 20 minutes to prepare. It features a crispy flatbread base topped with smoky BBQ chicken, melted cheese, and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

4 each Flatbreads (naan, pita, or pre-made pizza crust)
2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded or diced
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce (your favorite brand/flavor), plus more for drizzling
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)
1/4 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Lightly brush one side of each flatbread with olive oil and bake for 3-5 minutes until lightly golde
  3. Remove flatbreads from the oven and spread BBQ sauce over the non-oiled side
  4. Distribute the cooked chicken evenly over the sauce, then add mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and top with red onio
  5. Bake for another 8-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
  6. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve warm
