A delicious and healthy snack made from fresh strawberries and Greek yogurt, these Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are refreshing frozen treats perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

2 cups Full-fat Greek Yogurt
1 cup Fresh Strawberries, hulled and finely chopped
2-4 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Sea Salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Workstation by lining a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat
  2. Chop the Fresh Strawberries and finely chop them into small pieces
  3. Mix the Yogurt Base by combining Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla extract, and optional salt in a bowl
  4. Fold in the Strawberries gently to distribute evenly
  5. Portion the Clusters by dropping spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet
  6. Freeze Until Firm for at least 2-3 hours
  7. Store for Later in an airtight container or resealable freezer bag

Notes

Using full-fat Greek yogurt will yield creamier clusters.

Pat strawberries dry before mixing to avoid iciness.

Clusters can be enjoyed straight from the freezer or allowed to soften slightly at room temperature.
