2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
1-2 tablespoons Honey or Agave Nectar (optional)
1 cup Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Watermelon: Cut a ripe, seedless watermelon into roughly 1-inch cubes
  2. Freeze the Watermelon: Spread watermelon cubes on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight
  3. Combine Ingredients in Blender: In a high-powered blender, add the frozen watermelon, fresh lime juice, optional honey/agave, and ice cubes
  4. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on low increasing to high until smooth and slushy
  5. Taste and Adjust: Taste the slush and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired
  6. Serve Immediately: Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy right away
